Become A Volunteer For This Event
Thank you for considering volunteering your time with us for this year's black history program. We need help setting up, and taking down the event. We also need help greeting visitors and making sure visitors sign in. We are asking volunteers to show up at 11 AM and leave no later than 4 PM.
Become A Vendor
Your social resources are essential this year. Our program is not just an activity to educate and engage but to promote. Our event will be a success if we help to promote your service to our audience. Please complete our interest form, and a Brothers Round Table representative will contact you soon.
Vendors can only pass out promotional material and are not permitted to sell anything. If your vendor request is approved, we are asking all vendors to show up at 11 AM to set up. A table and two chairs will be provided if your vendor request is approved.
